A burst pipe, a soaked floor and walls that look dry

We pull the standing water, find how far it spread, and dry the floor and walls before anything is covered back up.

Call (386) 357-4128
A worker in a hard hat holding a pipe wrench beside an opened wall.

The wet part is bigger than the puddle

Water from a supply line runs under baseboards and tile and soaks the bottom of the drywall. In a block home it can sit against the inside of the wall where you cannot see it.

We meter the floor and walls past the visible edge, set drying equipment where the readings say, and keep checking until the numbers are back to normal for your house.

Call now if

  • Water is still coming from a pipe, valve or fitting
  • Baseboards are swelling or paint is bubbling
  • Tile sounds hollow or grout stays dark
  • A musty smell starts the day after the leak

Questions about this job

Should I turn the water off?+

Yes. Close the valve at the fixture or the main shut-off. If water is near outlets or cords, keep clear and tell us when you call.

Can I just run fans myself?+

Household fans move surface air. Water inside walls and under tile needs metered drying, or it stays wet behind a dry-looking surface.

Will my insurance cover it?+

Sudden pipe bursts are often covered, but every policy is different. We document the loss so your adjuster has what they need.
